How do I book a tour?

To book a tour, go to our "Book a Tour" Page where you will find details about our tours. Our tours run from 10:00 am -1:00 PM. Choose the date you wish to book!
If you have questions before booking, feel free to contact us by phone or email at info@foodtoursworcester.com.

What is included in the food tour?

Samples of delicious food from a variety of restaurants. Please check our website for a listing of restaurants which are subject to change.

Where is the meeting spot for when the tour begins?

Christophoro Columbo Park
180 Shrewsbury Street
(Directly in front of lion statues)

Where the tour will end?

It will end at Wormtown Brewery on Shrewsbury Street, close to Union Station.

Is your food tour suitable for a vegetarian or someone with other dietary requirements?

Yes. We will try to accommodate anyone with vegetarian or dietary requirement. Please let your guide know at the start of the tour any dietary restrictions you may have. Our tours are not recommended for anyone with gluten or dairy allergies; it is also not recommended for anyone with nut allergies.

I am traveling with my family, is this tour ok for infants/children?

No. We do not recommend infants or children under 12. 

I don't drink alcohol or beer. Can I book your tour?

This is not a problem, just inform your guide before the tour starts. During our tasting you can choose another beverage of choice.

Is there enough food during your tour to consider it lunch?

Yes. The samples offered at the establishments are good size portions to satisfy a generous appetite!

How much walking is covered in your tour?

We will walk about 1 mile radius over a period of 3 hours. We suggest you wear comfortable clothing and shoes.

How many people is the maximum for this tour?

12 people are maximum. but if there are more than 12 people, please do not hesitate to call us and we will try to accommodate.

Where does your food come from?

We partner with local restaurants in the Worcester area.

What happens if it rains or I change my plans?

Unfortunately, the weather can be unpredictable. We suggest that you bring and umbrella and we will try to be more indoors than out. We do not issue refunds, per our policy terms and conditions.

Can I pay the tour in cash?

No, you must book directly on our website. We do not accept cash payments. Our online payment is safe, secured and SSL protected.

Why do we need to pay for a booking fee?

The booking fee that you have to pay is up to our ticket provider and we can't change it. All our clients need to pay for it upon booking. The booking fee charged, contributes to the cost of the ticketing system to provide an excellent service to our customers.
